
Arthur Watson was a hard-hitting right-hand batsman and right-arm fast bowler who played 104 matches between 1922 and 1928.
He scored 2,635 runs average 16.57 and took 5 wickets at 41.80 runs each. His only century was 111 scored against Northamptonshire at Hove in 1922 batting at number ten. He was one of the few players to have hit a ball over the lime tree at Canterbury.
