George Street was a right-hand batsman and wicket- keeper who played 192 matches between 1909 and 1923.
He scored 3,781 runs including one century average 16.73. He held 304 catches and made 116 stumpings. His one Test Match for England was during the 1922-23 tour of South Africa when he was sent out as replacement for W.H. Livsey of Hampshire.
